About Linnea

Riding my first century prompted me to think differently about some of the things I do — on and off the road. Now that I’ve ridden 100 miles, I wonder if I’ll live to be 100 years old. My father is 95, and his grandparents lived almost as long (both died in 1941 at ages 89 and 90). Given my genetics, I want to stay healthy and active as I head toward the rest of my first century on earth.

Career wise, I’ve spent most of my time at a desk working in marketing and communications. I still like to write, and I hope to do more to promote healthy lifestyles, while spending less time sitting at the desk.
